Our contract with you

No contract for the sale of any product on www.tilesguru.com will subsist until we have accepted your order by confirming that we have the good in stock and it can be dispatched. We will confirm this via a confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order for reasons such as; goods being out of stock, error in pricing and description, or our inability to meet your delivery deadline, we will inform you via email, and we will not charge you for the product. We will assign a unique order number to your order and notify you of it when we confirm your order. It is this number that will be used to identify your order whenever you contact us about it. All products on our website are for promotion, sale and delivery within the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us to calculate delivery charges and arrange shipping. 

 

Our products

The product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes alone. While we make efforts to show colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your device correctly reflect the colour of the product. When received, the colour of products may vary slightly from the pictures on the website, please make sure to select actual vessel and order cut-piece sample. The products packaging may also differ from that displayed on our website.  

 

Rights to make changes

You may make changes to your order if the products have not been dispatched. To make such changes, please contact us, and we will let you know if the change is possible. Where the change is possible, we will notify you about changes to pricing, delivery and any other relevant information. Where it is impossible to make changes to your order or the consequences of making the change is unacceptable by you, you may decide to end the contract. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and products on our website for technical purposes or to reflect changes in relevant law and regulations. We may also make significant changes to our products, and in such situations, we will notify you. Where you are not comfortable with these changes, you may notify us of your decision to end the contract before the changes take effect and we will provide a full refund for products paid for but not received. 

 

Providing the products

We will only deliver goods that have been purchased and confirmed via email. Delivery charges for goods are displayed on our website at checkout. Please see our delivery page for more information.  

 

 

Problems with products

For all enquiries and complaints about our products, please email us at info@tilesguru.com or call our customer service number 02037544793. When goods are delivered, you have 15 minutes to inspect the goods. If you notice any damages, please sign as “Goods Damaged”. If the products received are incorrect or damaged, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement. Please see our Return page for more information. 

 

Prices and payment

All prices of goods displayed on our website include VAT. When you make an order, prices will be indicated on the order page. While we take extra care to ensure that the prices displayed on our site are correct, we will double-check prices again before accepting and confirming your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as indicated on our websites. Payments for goods, including delivery charges, must be made in full before orders are dispatched.

All personally identifiable information that we collect is used solely for purposes of processing and fulfiling orders, proving personalized experiences for our customers and for improving our service to you.
