Yes, when a delivery date is fixed, please ensure to be present or provide a representative who will receive the delivery on your behalf, check it and sign the delivery form.

Yes. When you make an order, we will assign a unique order number to your order and send this number to you upon confirmation. It is this number that you will be asked to provide when you inquire about the status of your order. Please contact our customer representative on 02037544793 to track your order.

Where you have received a product that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will carry out some checks to be sure that you selected and ordered the correct goods. We will also request your sample to see if the sample you received is different from the goods delivered. These checks will help us resolve the situation quickly. 

We advise that customers order a sample tile before going ahead to make full purchases. This is so you can see and feel the actual design and effect of the tile you want to purchase. Tiles Guru offers free next day shipping if you request more than five samples. 

We stock thousands of tiles in our UK warehouse, so customers do not have to wait weeks for their delivery. We process all orders immediately and ship them out within 2-3 or 5-7 working days, depending on the type of order.  

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time. However, cancellation after goods have been dispatched may incur a restocking fee and you may bear the cost of return delivery. 

Yes, you can choose your delivery date by notifying us of your preferred date at checkout. Unfortunately, you cannot choose delivery time as couriers, and other shippers may experience unforeseen issues which may cause a delay. However, we will endeavour to deliver your goods on the agreed day. If for any reason, we cannot deliver your goods on the said day, we will let you know.
