While we handle all orders with the highest levels of care, and professionalism and hope that you are satisfied with your product, we provide and update our returns policy regularly to accommodate unlikely events. All returns are arranged by the clients, Tiles Guru will not bear the cost of any return.
Where the products received are damaged or incorrect, please inform us with 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
You can return goods within 28 days from the delivery day.
For damaged goods, we will ask for photographs of the state in which it was received. We ask that they are returned to us unopened, unused and in the same packaging you received them, and we will send replacements as soon as possible.
Where the products you receive are different from the sample you purchased or the order you placed, we ask that you return them in a resellable state, undamaged, unused and in the same packaging they were received. A replacement/refund will be processed xxx working days following the receipt of the return via the original payment method. We will notify you of the nearest warehouse you can send the product to.
We do not provide replacements or refunds for change of choice after the product has been delivered in perfect condition. We advise that you make your selections carefully, and speak to our tile specialist team (if need be) for guidance on the best product for your need.
Tiles Guru reserves the right NOT to refund or replace if the products are deemed NOT resellable, returned after 60 days or without proof of payment. When returning products, we advise that they are carefully packaged, insured and tracked. Refunds/replacements will not also be issued for products damaged in return transit or return not received at all.
